Now… below you’ll find what’s been happening this week at MyFrenchLife Magazine and le Bulletin.
1. Follow us on Instagram → @MaVieFrançaise
Our Instagram is bursting with news, views and articles, video chats, poetry, introductions to new magazine contributors… and more… follow us and join in @maviefrancaise … See you there soon, I hope.
We have a special guest who will be ‘guest-posting’ on @MaVieFrancaise once a week… starting soon. An inspiring woman, undertaking an amazing challenge. She’ll be popping into our Instragam each week providing intimate details of her progress. I’m excited and looking forward to hearing from her on our Instagram.
2. Kindness & the MyFrenchLife Community
#Kindness comes in many forms.
[Follow-on #postpardexchange project…]
Making new Francophile connections and deepening existing relationships across the globe: This is the community we’re fostering at MyFrenchLife.org, and I’m always open to ideas on ways to introduce different fun community activities.
After we announced the closure and wrap-up of the #postcardexchange project last week, (in one of our private groups on Facebook) I received a lovely message and this is my response! I invite you to read and respond in the comments below
To me, it’s the little things we do every day that can give life more meaning. You know… random acts of kindness… A member of the MyFrenchLife community wrote this in response to the closing of the #postcardexchange project. Thank you, Debbie.
Although I couldn't commit to much of anything while the postcard exchange was ongoing, I've finished the sea of work deadlines. If you, Judy, or anyone else would like a postcard, I'm happy to send you a few. Just leave your address in a PM. You also don't need to send one as an exchange.” said Debbie.
If anyone feels inclined to accept Debbie’s offer or more particularly, if you’d like to offer to do the same yourself, then drop me a message in the comments. Already some members wish to join in. I’ll let you know how we’ll run this follow-up project soon.
Warm regards
Judy MacMahon
PS: I’m also working on more fun community projects. If you’re interested in being on the already growing list for those, please email me: info@myfrenchlife.org with the subject: Next fun community project… and I’ll let you know as soon as I’m ready to launch it.
PPS: And here is the wrap-up article where you’ll get to see all the postcards :)
