Merci mille fois - experiencing France beyond the cliché

All those years ago who'd have known that I'd be here writing about France, and sharing my often strange thoughts and quandaries with you...

This is the first le Bulletin I’ve ever written to you as ‘paid subscribers’: each one of you is very generous and I wanted to say:
