Bonjour, I’m Judy MacMahon, Fondatrice of MyFrenchLife.org and this amazing, supportive, curious, and generous Global Community of francophiles. You’re in good company, surrounded by like-minded people!
le Bulletin is the newsletter of the francophile readership of MyFrenchLife Magazine
I created MyFrenchLife.org in 2010 as a result of my curiosity. What is francophilia? And why are people like me so attracted to France and the French Language? Et voilà , now we have members all over the world, who are immersing themselves in the best of French beyond the cliché with us. I love the community, I love our discussions and articles, and I expect that you will too. Please drop me a note with your feedback.
This ‘le Bulletin’ newsletter has existed since 2010 also! And now that it is grown-up I’ve moved it to its new home here on Substack.
MyFrenchLife™ - MaVieFrancaise® is a member-supported participatory community - a not-for-profit. This has always been a ‘love-job’ for me… as you’d be aware that running a (magazine) website and community of this nature does not come without a cost. Over the years we’ve had a few superb partners, but we have never submitted to an advertising model, nor have we accepted paid guest posts. It is, however, now time to launch this free/paid newsletter model to enjoy a fresh and wider audience and to attempt to offset some of our costs and I ask for your support. The free newsletter will remain, but we are adding a paid subscription with special content and features alongside the free offer. The choice is yours, always!

Since 2010, the result is our online magazine and global community of Francophiles, French natives, and expats.
